CRESTHAVEN ANALYTICS — DATA LICENSING TERMS Version: licensing-monthly-2026-09-11-v1 1. Your order and these terms Your order is the package, legal entity, sector, industry and single named product, publication or internal system that you review and accept at checkout. We retain those values, this exact terms version and its source-use schedule with your acceptance and subscription. Access starts only after the agreement, source permissions, verified positive payment and provisioning checks succeed. These terms govern the Data Licensing subscription independently of any intelligence-reader or Analyst subscription. For this subscription, the permitted incorporation and downstream use in section 2 take precedence over incompatible reader-only resale or republication restrictions in our general terms. If our general terms conflict with these licensing terms or Schedule A for this subscription, these licensing terms and Schedule A prevail. The general terms continue to apply otherwise, including their existing limitation of liability and California governing-law provisions. 2. Permitted use and audience During verified paid access, your named legal entity may retrieve, store, filter, reformat, analyse and combine the supplied fields and purchased Context for the one named output in your order. The initial scope is US use for up to 1,000 named downstream recipients. Your own conclusions must be identified as yours. Public-web publication, worldwide use, another output or onward API redistribution requires a separately agreed scope before that use begins. The licence does not permit standalone resale of the supplied bulk dataset, sublicensing it, or redistributing complete Cresthaven intelligence briefs. Internal retrieval within the named output is permitted only where the specific source-use schedule allows it. Model training, reusable third-party corpora and general onward machine feeds are excluded. Rights you independently hold in facts or public/open material remain yours; this agreement does not create exclusive ownership of those materials. 3. Packages and source forms Data is $499 per month. Data + Context is $999 per month. Both cover one sector and the specific industry in your order, with official release links and the permitted structured records. Data + Context adds the reviewed, independently written source-backed summaries, supported comparisons and relationships, and clearly labelled industry inference. A comparison appears only where both relevant versions are retained and support it; unavailable comparisons are not invented. The exact starting releases and source forms are listed in Schedule A. Supporting documents and representations are evidence, not additional customer release records. This order supplies the reviewed structured records and citation references, with URLs, source/version hashes, locators and quote hashes. Verbatim source quotations remain internal and are not supplied. Literal before/after source-text values are also withheld unless separately cleared; supported independently written explanations remain. Full publisher HTML, PDF, DOCX, images and logos are unavailable under this starting schedule. Opening an official source link is separate from obtaining that publisher's full-text redistribution rights. Chinese-source English interpretation is unofficial. No government endorsement is implied. 4. Monthly billing, cancellation and refunds Billing recurs monthly until cancellation. The actual first billing period and each later paid period are recorded with the subscription. Cancel through your product billing portal before renewal to prevent the next charge. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; failed or reversed payment cannot extend access. A signed term alone does not create paid access. The existing refund policy applies: on request, we refund in full within your first two months of subscription. After the first two months, we refund your most recent billing period on request. Contact support@cresthavenanalytics.com. 5. Delivery, updates and coverage Use the authenticated read API and JSON/CSV snapshots or changes. Daily manifests include newly captured, reviewed and admitted records and corrections; a day with no accepted changes may have a zero-change manifest. The next scheduled delivery carries verified corrections. The manifest identifies retained coverage and its last preparation/check information. Source outages, missing dependencies and unavailable comparisons must remain visible. This is finite drone/component trade coverage, not every regulation affecting an industry, complete back history or verified current consolidated law. The schedule makes no guarantee of publication volume, instant updates, publication-to-delivery time or uptime. A historical source date is not proof that its rule applies to a current shipment. You remain responsible for your professional conclusions and decisions. 6. Usage limits and access keys Each licence permits up to 10,000 completed operations and 1 GiB of successful response bytes per UTC calendar month, 600 authenticated attempts per fixed UTC hour and 20 export pages per hour. Each page contains at most 100 records; use the returned cursor for another page. Repeating the same valid operation ID counts once toward completed operations, while each successful response counts its bytes and all attempts remain subject to hourly limits. A UTC quota month differs from the subscription billing period. Requests stop at a limit; they do not create overage charges. The named owner manages a licence-specific key. It is limited to that licence and expires by the verified paid/contract end. Keep it private and replace it when needed. Required correction/rights notices and their acknowledgements remain available to the named owner outside the monthly data quota, subject to hourly request protection. Browser access permits notice retrieval and key revocation after paid supply ends. 7. Provenance, corrections and withdrawal Keep the original agency and official source link with source-derived records, plus the Cresthaven Analytics service credit and supplied version identifier. Preserve limitations and labelled inferences. Apply correction and withdrawal records to your retained dataset and annotate or correct affected downstream outputs. Stop new contracted use of withdrawn material. Downloading or receiving a notice does not mean you have acknowledged applying it; use the separate acknowledgement operation where requested. 8. End of supply and retained copies New retrieval and new contracted redistribution stop when paid or permitted supply ends. Remove licensed working files and caches within 30 days, retaining only a restricted audit copy where contractually required. Already-published historical outputs may remain with provenance and required corrections; they do not authorize new redistribution. Revocation cannot physically recall an exported copy. Independently acquired material remains governed by your independent rights. 9. Support Documentation, optional onboarding of up to 30 minutes and ordinary support are included. Contact support@cresthavenanalytics.com. No guaranteed response time, custom integration, customer webhook destination or SFTP service is included in this starting order.
