Analyst Access terms

Analyst Access is a standalone subscription at $999 per month per business. It renews monthly until canceled. No Basic, Professional or Executive subscription is required.

The subscription includes three named professional users, including the owner, and ten active client/project spaces shared across the business. Invitations reserve a user slot. General research does not use a project slot. Archiving a project frees a slot while keeping its permitted work readable and exportable. Direct client logins and shared accounts are not included.

Your selected agencies are listed before checkout. Coverage is limited to the named agencies and admitted sources in that selection, up to ten agencies; the package does not promise that ten agencies are currently available. Covered retained briefs begin at activation. A separate reader subscription retains its own archive rights. Source availability can change, and this is not a complete regulatory-text archive.

Your business may follow up to 25 admitted reading sources and maintain up to 25 active saved searches or watches. Notes are private unless you explicitly share them with permitted team members. Your professional judgment and original client work remain yours. You may deliver your own independent analysis to clients; this subscription does not authorize resale, public republication or onward supply of Cresthaven briefs or data. Those uses require separate licensing.

API/MCP use includes 10,000 completed standard operations and 1 GiB of machine/export responses per business per month, with 600 requests per hour shared across keys and 20 exports per hour. Portal interaction does not use the monthly machine allowance. Pages contain at most 100 records; export pages/jobs contain at most 1,000 records and 10 MiB, with one bulk job per business at a time. Continue with the supplied cursor where applicable. There is no automatic overage billing, and export of your own text remains available when intelligence limits are reached.

Original notes are limited to 5,000 per business, 64 KiB per note and 250 MiB total, with 90 days of revision history. Official calendar exports exclude private notes, client names and your own follow-up tasks. Output formats and supported operations are described in the product documentation; this subscription includes no bespoke connectors, professional advice, response-time service-level agreement or additional recurring AI allowance.

Cancel at any time through Product billing. Cancellation stops renewal and access ends at the verified paid-through date. You then have 30 days to recover your own text before Analyst-only data is purged under the retention rules. Cancellation does not cancel a separate reader or licensing subscription.

Refunds: request a full refund of your first monthly payment within 30 days of the initial payment. Later monthly payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds return to the original payment method, and a refunded subscription loses paid access. The reader-plan two-month refund policy does not apply to Analyst Access.

These Analyst-specific terms supplement the website Terms of Service and govern this product where they differ. The selected business, coverage and this version of the terms are recorded with your acceptance before checkout.
